Repa,

for about the last week pc been acting strange. it's very slow, when i give a command, sometimes the little hourglass will come up, and hourglass will disappear, and the command will not be followed. i often have to try a few times to get the command to work.

the first attempt to troubleshoot, i restored it back to a day before i noticed the problem, and hoped that would cure it. it seemed to help some, but, it's still not operating correctly.

i've had this computer since Nov. 2003. i wonder if it's trying to die on me.?

your thoughts?

Have you gone through Tut#4? Run your scans, do a defrag and see if that helps.

that is on my to do list. i'll be back.
