| So; I hit the 50ib weightloss. I weighed in yesterday at the gym at 231! I lost 12 pounds in the past week and a half. I'm not sure how but oh well ... Anyhow, I gotta problem(like i always do when i post lol) I think I'm getting saggy skin on the lower art of my stomich I do like 75 crunches everyother day or so, and I cant get surgury ovously to get rid of it. Is it possible to shrink it? I got like another 20-30 pounds to go I think before I'll be happy. So I'm already getting saggy now, what about when I get to 70-80ib weight loss. I'll look a million years old at 16-17 years old! I also got like mad stretch marks on my upper body(and stomich ovously, but thats not my worries atm) my mom got me coca butter does taht really work as I feel like a sissy with soft skin lol... Anyhow in the end what I'm askin, will my skin shink back, or am I damned to having saggy skin for the rest of my life and not able to go shirtless I'll never have the money to pay for liposuction. |

| GOOD FOR YOU WWE!!!!!!! That's great!! WOOHOO!!! I don't know anything about saggy skin, sorry! When I had my daughter 16 years ago though, vitamin E was good for stretch marks...so I don't know about now. _________________ Ruth

| Congrats, wwe! I think since you are young, your skin will catch up. It's just since you are losing weight so fast - the skin does not shrink quite as fast. BTW, liposuction is not for skin-shrinking but to suction the fat from under the skin. Then you still have to take care of the loose skin. _________________ Rike

| So will I get rid of the loose skin? Hey would HGH help? Maybe I can tell my doctor(if it does work get rid of it) that I need it for that, and he can give me a perscription to get rid of the loose skin to fill in with muscle(I doubt any muscle i build naturally will get out enough to pull the skin up, I'd have to gain fat and muscle too or what ever. |

| Hey... did you read the articles in the links I posted... they answer your question As said before.... maybe you will... cause you are young and who knows... but according to the articles this problem happens to those who drops weight too promptly and the only way is cosmetic surgery. and what is HGH? Becareful with all those muscle enhancer pills... they may work, but they only work if you continue to work-out for the rest of your life.... think of when you get old or too busy with school or jobs... or even with wife & kids as soon as you stop ALL that muscle becomes fat |

| I read the articles. thank you for the help sam HGh is Human Growth Hormone. It helps manage weight, it can make you look younger, and help you loose fat mass, and gain muscle mass. If I worried about what if's I'd not do nothing lol. Going to school alone is a what if . |
