ImageChef.com Some images can be used without registering like the one I’m using above. If you registered you get to used more, plus you can send them in email greetings, save images in an album, share with friends. I think they also offer images to purchase.

I’m not sure what services you have to pay for, as one can also host personalized images. So if you do register make sure you read all the do’s and don’ts
