I have a 4 port kvm switch to which I have 3 computers attached. Today I was working and had switched back and forth several times. Then all of a sudden both my mouse and my kepboard stopped working. So , I had to unplug from the kvm siwtch. I only have one working usb mouse. I had another but it does not seem to work at all. I am using the laptop keyboard, and switching the mouse between the 2 computers as I need to. I just can not use that little pad on the laptop.
I have no idea what happned to my USB ports on the KVM switch. It is a trendnet grrrr

Working again now. I tunred off both comptuer. unplegged devices, rebpluged tuened back on. UNpluged usb again - relgueed - finally worked
The light on my optical mouse would not even light up . All was working on both computers, then suddenlty would not work on either. Anyway, working again at least for now.
