For a very long time now, I only get about 1 new update per month from Spyblaster....Seems I remember you saying that u should receive more often than that???.....how often do u get their updates? thanks...... | |

| I do the updates manually. I try to remember to update once weekly. When I do an update, updates are usually available, but not always since the additions are addresses of new, potentially malicious websites to block in your browser. That takes time for them to get the data on. Same with Spybot passive immunization updates that do the same thing. But Spybot will always have malware definition updates, pretty much every week or so, which are different. | |

| OK, not sure I know about spyblaster referred to in WCs post. Is there both a spywareblaster and a spyblaster? | |

Warning! Beware of Download Manager install request in Ad Bar Under Geeks Logo | 10/31/2013, 16:09 by Repa | Just noticed that when I went to logon that there is an ad under the Geeks Logo that says, "your Download Manager might be outdated. Do you want to install it now?" Don't fall for it! Ignore it!
