Yahoo Online Games Contain Spyware?

Here's an interesting article about Games and spyware. One consumer of Yahoo! games decided to read the EULA (End User License Agreement) for a game Yahoo was offering as a free download and found this:

This is becoming more and more widespread. But if you aren't concerned that someone is installing software on your computer without your knowledge, following what you do on your computer, what sites you visit, what your online surfing and purchasing habits are, and that this software is not only spying on you and reporting this to the vendor of the software without your knowledge, but also consuming computer resources and slowing your computer down, then you have nothing to worry about.
