Ok... who knows if this is true.... and if it is, what else is it used as a condiment and what other parts of the plant is used as such?

I certainly did learn something.... herbaceous doe not exaclty means "herb" as I thought... lol

I was always curious on the taste of the banana flower as its used in many Thai recipes, one day.... one day
