If you travel much you will eventually be faced with a choice of food that you may not be familiar with. Did you know that grub worms pop like popcorn and taste a lot like shrimp(?) or that one of the most expensive foods in the world is peacock tongues? I once choked down a bowl of fish eye soup to avoid insulting a very kind host. It isn't easy looking at food that is looking back at you.

Some of the examples from that link appeared either photoshoped or labeled for a gag. I don't think producers would label their product with the language shown there. I don't know of any culture that considers fish or animal anuses as food, but I've been surprised before. Shocked
