First of all you will have to create an account at PayPal.com

Then to create a "donation" button, you will need to login to your account and then navigate to this page.

Provide all the information for your button and you will then be provided with the HTML code to place on your website.

If you are going to transfer these funds to a Bank account, you would need to add a bank account to the PayPal account in order to do transacctions.

1. Click the My Account tab.
2. Click the Profile subtab.
3. Click the Bank Accounts link in the Financial Information column.
4. Click Add Bank Account
5. Click Add a [your country here] bank account.
6. Fill out the Add Bank Account form.
7. Click Add Bank Account.

You are now able to add & withdraw funds from your PayPal account to this bank account.
