| What version of Windows Internet Explorer are you using? Being on Windows XP is not a good idea anymore as Microsoft stopped supporting it and furnishing updates back in April. Suggest you upgrade your computer to Windows 7 or 8 if it isn't too old to be incompatible with those versions of Windows. You can download a compatibility checker for Windows 7 upgrade here: http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=20and for Windows 8 here: http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/windows-8/upgrade-from-windows-vista-xp-tutorialEven the latest version of Internet Explorer (IE11) experiences that problem occasionally, but not all the time. However it will not work on Windows XP - IE8 is the latest version that will work with XP, and with the changes in HTML coding, it probably is very outdated and problematic by now. If you decide to continue using Windows XP operating system and risk your computer being compromised, I suggest you switch to the Firefox or Chrome Browser instead of using Internet Explorer unless you are using an IE version lower than version 8. if that is the case, then, try upgrading to version 8 and see if that helps any. | |
