spybot immunization

Seeme like a while back I started having trouble getting Spybot to immunize everything.
This time it was domains that did not get immunized. I had the same problem on both my win 7 machine and win xp machine. Did some google seraches - what I found was kind of confusing - kind of took parts of what I read.
Ended up doing the UNDO. Got rid of the immunization.
Went back and did the immunize - it counted the items but left everything unprotected.
Clicked immunize at the top - it ran again - took a while - this time it immunized everything.
Did the same thing on both computers.

Do you have any idea what is going on? I think it is ok now, but hope I do not have to go thru the same thing every time.

Have not experienced this problem on either of Win XP or Win 7. Did updates today just to be sure. Don't know what to tell you. Looks like you used the right logic to correct the problem. I have noticed at times that the immunization process can be slow, but never noticed it didn't complete correctly that I can recall.
