I've always been fascinated by this festival... and yeah... I do love garlic!

The Gilroy Garlic Festival, in Gilroy California

The festival will be starting on July 27, 28 & 29, 2007. You will be able to find food from the traditional & popular Garlic Bread to the bizarre Garlic Ice-cream. Be warn, you are bond to find one-of-a-kind recipes and dishes at the Gilroy Garlic Festival. This festival has been in existence since 1978 and has always been held on the last full weekend in July.

You must tell me all about it when you go for a visit!
