Repa,

1) I try to run CC before I turn off the computer every nite, just using the top option that says Cleaner with the "Brush". Is that too often?

2) How do I run the "Registry" option, & how often?

3) And, what about "Tools" and "Options"?

No

Create a restore point. Click the registry icon, click the "Scan for issues" button, when that process completes, click the "Fix Issues" button and follow the prompts. Run no more than once a month.

3) And, what about "Tools" and "Options"?

Nothing to do there in the way of maintenance. Don,t mess with these.
