Does anyone know about about having tabs open in IE7 while trying to close, it says "You have open tabs. Are you sure you want to.... ?", and then some other options like open these next time you run IE? (If you want to see what I'm talking about, open a tab or two in IE and then click the [X] and see the notice that pop's up) I guess I accidentally checked Do not show this message again, so now when I click the red [X], it closes all the tabs I have open.

Could anyone please tell me where the setting is to re-enable it to show me the alert about trying to close with open tabs? I really need this option enabled; I've been without it for a little over a month now..

Thanks alot if you can help me!

I haven't tried it but I found a setting that may be what you are lookiong for.
Select tools form the menu -
then select internet options
then click the General Tab
then go down to the Tabs section and click on settings
there you will find an options to warn you when closing.

I think it says you have to restart IE for it to take affect.
Post back and let us know if it works or not.

Fay

I have never had to do that, just looked like it might work. Now I'll know if I need it.
