ms word auto backups Empty
PostSubject: ms word auto backups   ms word auto backups Empty9/15/2015, 19:24

I am getting a lot of .wbk files created in the same folder where the original is created. I think I see in word option where I can change a setting so that these are not created at all. But, I hesitate to do that.
I do not see an option to change were they are saved . Do you know if there is such a setting. I would like them to be saved some other place , that I can get to if needed, but where they do not clutter up my folder where I keep the actual files.
What do you do about such files?

I found it is not the same as the auto recover file location.

Thanks
Fay
