Recovery Partition

Repa,

Since I don't plan to do another recovery on this old computer, doesn't it make sense to Delete the Recovery Partition of this computer? Wouldn't the additional 991MB of space be beneficial to me & the computer???

The amount of space you will recover is insignificant (less than 1GB). This is of little or no benefit to you or your computer and therefore not worth the risk of making a mistake and screwing up your hard drive such that Windows won't work. If that should happen, then you will have to do a complete recovery. I suggest you leave your hard drive as it is.

Just noticed that when I went to logon that there is an ad under the Geeks Logo that says, "your Download Manager might be outdated. Do you want to install it now?" Don't fall for it! Ignore it!
